If your weight is affecting your overall health, the most common including the onset of Type 2 Diabetes, cardiovascular disease, hypertension, high cholesterol and kidney disease, chronic back pain and excessive fatigue.
Our programs work by limiting calorie consumption in order to put your body into a fat-burning mode. All of our programs provide the health, dietary and exercise plans needed to produce safe but aggressive average weekly weight loss over an extended period of time.
You will experience a professional, comfortable environment where you receive medically-based information on nutrition, exercise and healthy lifestyle behaviors.

All of your daily nutrition requirement will be provided through our protein supplement meal replacements. In addition to this, there are optional supplements and vitamins available for sale at our clinic.
We prescribe a very low-calorie diet for patients that have a body-mass index (BMI) over 27. These diets provide a maximum of 800 calories per day and produce safe and effective results quickly.
We provide a variety of shakes, puddings, soups, and nutrition bars that will both provide the nutrition you need and flavor you desire. A majority of patients report that they are satisfied and that the variety of flavors helps motivate them to continue on their diet plans.
Most people report that their hunger is reduced or even disappears 2 to 3 days after starting our programs.
Our reduced carbohydrate, high protein meal replacements and snacks are designed to curb your appetite without the need for additional medication to suppress your appetite.
The length of your treatment is largely dependent on your motivation to lose weight and the amount of weight that you need to lose. To see significant results, most of our patients should expect to participate in our program for at least 12 weeks.
Patients that are currently on a program diet will be scheduled for brief weekly check-ins to monitor overall health and progress.
Patients that have completed a weight loss program are encouraged to schedule monthly or quarterly check-ins to receive support and sustain their weight loss results.
You may experience some mild, temporary side-effects as your body adjusts. Side effects may include: greater sensitivity to cold, headaches, fruity breath, fatigue or light headedness.
We provide critical physician supervision and medical monitoring for our patients on a weekly basis during your program to help evaluate possible side-effects and changes in your health and medications.
